thirty one 31 was a pleasant surprise after reading mixed reviews. it had spacious dorms with well-distributed air conditioning. the water mattress was comfortable and didn't aggravate my back pain. common areas were inviting, staff friendly, and location convenient. overall, a suitable option for a short break in madrid.

When there was a mix-up with our reservation, he were really good too find us another hostel nearby and even arranged transportation for us.
